We are an Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation contractor in the Los Angeles area (specifically Bellflower). We have been in the Commercial Air Conditioning business in this area since 1984 and added Residential service in 1994. We are  currently serving customers from Ventura to southern San Diego County. We have served the southern California and have built a reputation of trust, truthfulness, and a sincere desire on our part to satisfy our customer's air conditioning, heating and ventilation needs.

We have done new construction and remodel installations, comercially, for Aaron Brothers Art & Framing stores , Starbucks Coffee, AT&T, Fragranza and Perfume Gallery stores throughout California. We have also installed several systems for the U.S. Post Office.

In addition to installation of Air Conditioning/Heating systems, we are also a service and maintenance company. We are currently providing service and/or maintenance for several commercial customers including the United States Postal Service. Claires Accessories, N.E.S.T. International, and many others. We also have a long standing working relationship with Cogburn Smart Property Management, Safeguard Equities Property Management, American Capitol Property Management as well as others.

Our current service rate for our commercial and residential customers is $80.00 per hour (billed from our office to the completion of the repair) which you should find extremely competative, and our references are impeccable. Material pricing is too volotile in todays market to quote pricing but we can work with you on a case by case basis.

It is the practice of R&D Air Conditioning Co. to offer their customers with what we feel is the best possible value for the customer’s dollar. We do not artificially inflate our prices to allow room for discounts or promotions. Some market conditions do allow for savings including…

• Occasionally our suppliers will have a promotional program available, which provides substantial discounts on equipment. When available, we try to pass this savings on to our customers.
  
  
• From time to time certain utilities such as Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Co. provide rebates and incentives to their customers, we help to facilitate these whenever possible.
  
  
• Like most seasonal businesses, at specific times of the year, when the demand for installation is low, we may provide a savings opportunity in order to keep our crews busy.
  
  
• We have access to a wide range of product brands and efficiencies, so we can usually provide lower cost options than we usually would recommend, although there would be compromises in quality, longevity, efficiency and warranty.
